- Server logs: Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may log standard access data (IP, user agent, timestamp) for security and DDoS protection. We do not access or analyze these logs for marketing purposes.

- Analytics (opt-in): If you accept analytics cookies, we use Plausible Analytics — a lightweight, GDPR-compliant, cookie-free analytics tool. No personal data is collected.
- Advertising (opt-in): If you accept advertising cookies, Google AdSense may use cookies to serve personalized ads. You can opt out anytime via our cookie banner.
How We Use Data
- Core functionality: Calculations run entirely in your browser. No data is sent to our servers.
- Analytics (if opted in): Aggregate page views, popular calculators, and traffic sources to improve the site.
- Advertising (if opted in): Show relevant ads to support free operations.
- Security: Cloudflare's automatic threat detection protects against abuse.

Children's Privacy
CalculatorHub is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we'll delete it immediately.
Data Retention
- localStorage data (theme, searches): Persists until you clear browser data.
- Analytics data (Plausible): Aggregated and anonymized; raw data deleted per their policy.
- Ad cookies: Per Google's retention policies.
- Contact form submissions: Retained for 1 year for support purposes.
Security
We implement appropriate technical measures:
- HTTPS everywhere via Cloudflare
- Content Security Policy headers
- No server-side database = no data breach risk
- Static files = minimal attack surface

We may update this policy. Changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes will be announced via a site banner.
